Good value and good location

My second time staying here, I really like it. Close to GDN station, walking distance to Monmarte and metro station very close. Service always friendly and helpful. Good value and reliable.

Quick over night in Paris

The hotel was nicely located right outside of the metro station. The staff was nice and condition of the hotel was good. However, there was a slight smell next to the bed and stains on the sofa. Overall would recommend.

Nice and quiet hotel. Near metro, same street. We experienced the environment as unpleasant in the evening but the metro only is 30 meters away from hotel. Standard rooms were small, but okay. Bathrooms and hallway need renovation. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good.

Not a great area (wouldn't recommend if you want to be really near nice bars and restaurants) but hotel was metres from both a Metro and tram stop and was ideal for a spacious (303 - biggest room on the 3rd floor) room for a few days. We were right next to the lift and didn't even hear it until the 3rd day. Air conditioning was questionable but could have the window open and the street noise was barely audible

Great Stay - Definitely recommended!

We had a great stay at Kyriad, with two separate rooms which both met our expectations. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a good price and variety of options. Had no issues whatsoever, can only thank the staff for their kind and considerate service.

Nothing negative to say about the hotel, it is great for the price paid. It is literally 10 seconds walk from a local grocery store and the M4 line which is super convenient to go to places. The only thing is the area is a bit sketch, but the hotel itself is great.

The reception service from David was awesome !

David at the reception really impressed us with his kindness, professional behaviour, and and excellent service. He always went above and beyond in providing information and support, and never seemed rushed even though I understand he had lots of work to do. The room was cleaner than 5 star hotels I have been to. The location is not the quietest, but the room was on the quiet side, and we had a wonderful and pleasant stay there. Absolutely will use this hotel again.

Great stay on a budget for a few nights

- shower didn't have a shower door nor a curtain, so water went all over the floor, front desk said just put down a extra towel. -If you are on the 0 or 1 floor be prepared for noise, you can hear all the plumbing from he upper floors. Can be really loud during the early evening and mornings, the breakers he easily if you have to many things plugged in. -Staff speak great English. -Vary clean -Beds and pillows are comfy Great place to stay if you are there for a few nights and on a budget

Nice hotel, nice people.

Two overnight stays for Euro 2016. Hotel in a great location for people driving from the North (few minutes from A1, Peripherique etc) - don't have to drive into Paris and can get away quickly on leaving. Next to a Metro station for travelling into Paris. Hotel also offers discount for nearby 24 hour staffed car parking. The area is shabby/poor enough, though didn't have any problem with the locals. Hotel itself is actually very mice for a 3 Star, prices weren't bad considering Parisian prices generally, and Euro2016 specifically. Reception staff/management were extremely friendly and helpful. You could do a lot worse.

Close to transit The room has a tiny window looking over a small courtyard, I guess too small couldn't figure out what it is. When I came back after checking in the room smelled like there was a sewer backup not a strong smell but not pleasant
