Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. The room was clean, the bathroom was a decent size with good toiletries provided, and it had air-conditioning 😁 The breakfast had a good range of hot and cold items, a lovely selection of pastries and bread, juice, coffee machine. All in all, the Ibis was a great hotel for an overnight stay, plus it was only a couple of minutes walk from the Metro.

Je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé je suis passée d'une suite à une chambre double et bien evidemment sans baisser le prix ou un dédommagement . La réceptioniste était non professionnel , elle m'a carrément dit " vous allez pas me prendre la tête !!!) je demandais tout simplement pourquoi je devais subir un déclassement sans dédommagement . Elle m'a dit que sa manager serait présente dès 7h et que je devais voir avec elle ou alors partir changer d'hotel ( a 21H30 je pense pas ... ) résultat à 8H je demande à voir le manager et surprise elle n'est pas présente avant 9H du matin . C'est inadmissible de traiter les clients de ectte façon

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately suffered numerous bed bug bites during my stay. When I returned home and received confirmation that the bites were indeed from bed bugs, I immediately contacted the hotel to inform them of the issue. However, several days have now passed without any response from the hotel. The complete lack of acknowledgment or follow‑up makes me conclude that they do not take my experience seriously. Because of both the bed bug incident and the hotel’s failure to respond, I cannot recommend this hotel.

This time I had a very early flight, and I was pleased they brought me a tray with breakfast items as I would’ve been unable to make the regular hours. It made all the difference having some energy for my next trip. On top of that, the hotel is very well located near restaurants, a shopping center, supermarket all the while being very quiet for good rest.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, the room is a combination of a single room and a double one, thus perfect for a family, good conditions (size, equipment)for the price.
