Great location for exploring Paris, friendly staff, and we had a small but clean and quiet room with some nice polished-wood touches for ambiance. There are a lot of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Great location - 5 minutes by bus to Gare du Nord (for RER to CDG) or 5 min. by Metro to Galeries Lafayette (beautiful shopping centre) and Opera Garnier (or an interesting 15 min. walk). Very friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms. Lovely historic details in intimate foyer and lounge areas. Excellent breakfast. Stayed here 12 years ago and am very glad I returned. (My one small negative is that some carpet needs replacing.)

Accessible, but the staff is not very good at managing things and they made me pay twice for the buffet when I had already paid for it and they didn't want to let me leave. We have been coming here for over 20 years. Love the location, convenient to Metro. Good restaurants in the area. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Always clean, quiet and comfortable.

I spent two nights at the hotel. It is centrally located, close to Opera Garnier, it is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was small, but had the required facilities and it was quiet. Price taken into consideration, it is a good hotel I would look for next time I go to Paris for a short stay.

Great location for both public transport and walking to some of the sights, plus easy access to airport. Good, clean hotel. Room was a little tight for 3 but we were only resting our heads so it did the job
