Déplorable

Hôtel déplorable, comment est ce possible que vous proposez dans votre site de tel hôtel et en plein Paris. Salubrité, insectes et autres ....hygiène déplorable. L inspection de l hygiène pourrait faire un tour dans l établissement. Lit en 120 pour 2 personnes, couverture trouée à se demander s'il n'y avait pas des puces . 1 serviette pour 2. Bravo .!!!!! Cela ne mérite pas le prix payé .

Muy mal no lo recomiendo, reserve una habitacion, el dia del viaje, llegue al hotel y me han informado que no hay habitaciones y que mi reserva habia sido anulada por problema con el pago, No recibi ninguna llamada o aviso de HOTELES.COM o del HOTEL SANTANA en 2 semanas que reserve con anterioridad, por lo que estaba a las 11pm en PARIS sin hotel y tuve buscar toda la noche una habitacion en otro hotel y pagar 3 veces mas. PÉSIMO, Very badly I do not recommend it, I booked a room, the day of the trip, I arrived at the hotel and they informed me that there are no rooms and that my reservation had been canceled due to a problem with the payment, I did not receive any call or notice from HOTELES.COM or of the HOTEL SANTANA in 2 weeks that I booked before, so I was at 11pm in PARIS without a hotel and I had to look for a room at another hotel all night and pay 3 times more. dreadfull experience

Etat de saleté incroyable en France: moquette fortement tachée qui sent le tabac froid et l'urine; réglette du lavabo et son interrupteur crasseux tout comme le couvre-lit; pommeau de douche douteux; murs sales; pas de housses d'oreillers (dépareillés); sommier sale; vieux matelas; toilette non accessible à l'étage (porte trop dure à ouvrir) mais deux étages en-dessous sans toujours d'électricité dans l'escalier.

Propreté de la chambre a revoir entièrement (ouvré les placards) trou de cigarette dans la couverture , peut-être les changer ? panne d'eau chaude du vendredi soir au samedi midi laisse a désirer toilette dans le pallier ou l'on n'ose même pas s'asseoir dessus.......... a éviter mais bon accueil

El hotel y habitaciones son muy distintos a las imágenes que se muestran en la página... No es un hotel, es una pensión..El estado de las habitaciones es terrible, los colchones espantosos tienen ácaros, olor a humedad... No debería aparecer en esta página como opción de hospedaje... Le doy calificación sólo porque el administrador me cambio a una "mejor" habitación después de solicitarlo..

Nous somme très déçue de l'accueil du réceptionniste et encore plus déçue de la chambre le matelas était brûler par la cigarette des cheveux partout sur les couvertures et oreiller bref la total nous avons demandée de changer de chambre mais la seconde était aussi salle sans compter le bruit de voisinage toute la nuit qui nous a fait passer une nuit blanche . Hôtel à fuire, je suis sidérée que hôtel.com puisse répertorier cette hôtel sur son site la qualite d'exigence n'est plus au rdv vraiment déçue de hôtel.com

A paris pour des entretiens, l'hotel s'est montré correct pour une nuit. J'aurais apprécié un petit déjeuner. Etant provinciaux, je l'ai trouvé cher. 70 euros au vu des prestations.

Dårlig hotell

Anbefales ikke. Dårlig standard på hotell, møkkete, dårlig service osv. Dessverre ingenting positivt å si om dette hotellet. Anbefaler heller å legge på litt til (om mulig) og få et ok hotell.

Vore hotelreservation blev afvist af hotellet

Ved ankomst blev vores reservation afvist grundet betalingsproblemer. Dette havde vi ikke fået advis om. Hotellet henviste til, at dette var hotelagentens fejl, dvs. Hotels.com skyld. Under alle omstændigheder helt uacceptabelt. Hotellets nødløsning efter en del telefonopkald fra receptionisten til sin chef tog vi imod, da vi først ankom ved 18 tiden. Hotellet var virkelig nedslidt og der var en stærk vedvarende nikotin dunst på værelset. Eneste lyspunkt: roligt værelse til en dejlig stor gård.
