Hotel não dispõe de ar condicionado, apesar de ter feito minha reserva de uma habitação com ar condicionado, isso foi muito desagradável pelo calor que fazia em Paris o que só permitia uma condição agradável para descanso após as 00h. Café da manhã bem servido, mas alguns itens não sao repostos quando acabam, a exemplo de pães e suco natural de laranja.

Lors de notre arrivée, le personnel de réception nous a un peu ignoré. Même pas nous dire où était la salle de déjeuner rien du tout. Ensuite la chambre ne correspondait aux images présentées. Beaucoup trop petite, et la salle de bain était différente. Isolation des chambres médiocre. Petit déjeuner, très mauvais. 3 tranches de jambon qui se balade, de mauvaise qualité. Fromage mauvais. Pas de couteaux disponibles. Et mauvais service.

Firts of all I have always stayed in this hotel chain, of course not in this location, The check in was ok , but the breakfas was poooor, only coffee, juice and cereal , a couple of cheeses and bread by the weekend running out , the worst thing is it show have AC and dont have not neither a fan , I have to go out to buy one , At the receptions, only one person was friendly, the others did not speak , English , no spanish , only French , but despited that the service was terrible . they did not have availiable information to call a taxi , all the information was old top of this they have a computer for Guest used for only 10 minutes per used and they do not have how to print documents or anything else , I really do not recoment this location to no ones ,

Le personnel est très accueillant et très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le jus d'orange frais à volonté est très appréciable. Notre chambre bien que minuscule mais fonctionnelle.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre , alors que sur le site il figurait dans son equipement . Constatant ce probleme je decends a la reception pour leur demander si cela etait normal et la quelle surprise quand on me repond qu ils peuvent me depanner d un ventilateur que c est pareil .... A 99euros la chambre ....
