Well located good value

I would recommend. Nice clean little hotel. Room was fine.. Everything i would expect from a 2 star. The location is good... Place de Italy is a good area with some nice restaurants.. You are very close to the metro and velib. There are supermarkets and bakeries very close by. The rooms ARE very protected from traffic noise but if you are late Sleeper take ear plugs because the lift goes up and down as other guests come and go

Warm welcome on arrival. Smallest lift i've ever been in! But it worked. Small room with small toilet and shower room. But nothing missing. Comfy bed. Great area to eat out and very accessible via metro.

Very nice staff, clean but small room and bathroom

Very nice staff, very clean rooms, but very small rooms. Especially the bathroom/toilet is very, very small, so just be aware of that when you book. I'm not really sure how a grown man can use the bathroom :D But i saw several stay here, so i think they managed ;) But a good hotel in very nice surroundings with bistros, restaurants, supermarkets, metros, busses. The area also has a lot of street art. I felt safe there. Breakfast is 8 euro and is okay, but maybe go to the bistro by the Nationale Metro for 8,50 euro. I would stay here again - even with the very small bathroom :) Thank you for a great stay.

Très agréable

Très bon hôtel situé proche du métro Place d’Italie et à proximité de L’accor Arena, motif de notre visite sur Paris. L’accueil est excellent, toutes les personnes sont gentilles et agréables (également les femmes de chambre). Aucun bruit venant de l’extérieur, l’hôtel est bien insonorisé. La literie est confortable. Je recommande.

L'hotel est situe dans un quartier de Paris qui n'est pas vraiment bruyant, donc impeccable pour dormir. La douche et salle de bain un peu petite, mais pour une seule nuit c'est suffisant. Tres bon rapport qualite prix pour Paris. Le personnel est tres aimable et ils sont prets a aider pour les baggages. Nous y retournerons lors de nos prochaine visite sur Paris.
