The staff was very nice,the orange juice was freshly squeezed, my niece liked the coffee and the the hard toast with the cream cheese and strawberry jam. She said I will need to find some for her when she return home. Clarinet made me miss my kitty at home. He was so sweet.

The hotel is very quirky. It is one of the oldest hotels in Paris and therefore it is quite rickety. However, the room was very comfortable. A fan was supplied, but it would be great if they could install air conditioners. The location is excellent and close to many art galleries, cafes and public transport. The breakfast was ok - they have a machine in the dining room to squeeze fresh orange juice, which is great. The croissants and pastries were not fresh at breakfast, which was a real pity and the yogurt was not the greatest quality. More on the low budget side. I would also be nice if they had a coffee machine instead of coffee in flasks.

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was located in a very good area to get around to other spots in Paris. The rooms are very classic Parisian style. If you are looking for a super modern hotel—this is not it. Overall, we highly enjoyed it.

Loved the location - 1/2 block to the metro. Lively area with lots of restaurants and shops. The staff was mixed - some attentive, some not saying a word coming or going. There are some steps up to the elevator if that is a problem for you. However, I will definitely stay again.

Staff were lovely. The hotel was charming. The room was quite nice and the bed was bigger and more comfortable than we had expected. The only point I would make is that it was too warm in the hotel. Being in the passage way was neat and we felt very safe.

Love this little Gem!

This is a lovely little hotel in one of the historic Paris passages. It is wonderfully located for all the major attractions of Paris. The hotel is comfortable and kept very clean. The staff were all unfailingly cordial and helpful - especially when my misplaced glasses needed to be shipped home to me. Oh, and Clarinette the hotel cat kept us all in line!
