Great location with elevator!

Great location right next to the metro (line 9, stop: Porte de Montreuil) and many restaurants that stay open late! Check-in was a breeze and the guy was super friendly! We felt safe, our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We also super appreciated the small elevator, which could carry all our suitcases so we wouldn't need to. We had a wonderful night!

It was filthy and the bathroom wreaked of mildew; broken furniture and the floor was dirty; in case I wanted to call for help, No phone in my room; no closets, sometimes the elevator didn’t work; hallways were a MESS!; broken walls and separated treads, dirt everywhere! There were drug dealers across the street that I had to pass, and the police were in hot pursuit. I didn’t feel safe! I had the feeling that my bag was about to be pinched. It’s a hotel where one goes to commit suicide! I always felt prying eyes were upon me, just waiting for me to stumble. The most charitable thing I could say: there was great Algerian food/restaurants about and they had great prices and The hotel is actually in Paris! When I first arrived, the first thing I noticed was, this isn’t the hotel in the advertisement. I inquired at the front desk about the photo images! He became irate. He asked if I wanted a quite room or one facing the street. I said quite. I was given a plastic card and dispatched. When I saw the room, fear and shame washed over me like scalding water. I felt humiliated. It looked like a holding cell. With celerity, I turned about and ran out! When I returned to the front desk, I asked if this was a joke? He pretended not to know what I meant. Again I asked about the room in the photo that I booked and he tried to make me think that I was confused! He left me with no choice but to expose his deceit. He offered another bad room, I took many photos. Horrible!

Terrible hotel! Dirty!

Worse hotel ever!! Don’t book this hotel!! Dirty!! Blood on my sheets as we arrived to room. Broken ac unit…no restaurant and no breakfast. When asked about it they blames hotels.com for not updating the page! as soon as I arrive i requested cancellation due to all this issues and the denied to return my money!! That I had to cancel thru hotels.com. I called hotels.com and the simple wash their hands saying it was a non-cancelled stay !!! This is pathetic!!hotels.com is there only to protect the hotels partners NOT the customer!!! Never will I use hotels.com and don’t recommend anyone to use it!!!

Personalet var super flinke men stedet i meget dårlig stand. Utroligt dårligt holdt. Der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelset og der lugtede af kloak på badeværelset. Sengene var super hårde og den jeg sov på var lidt ustabil. Døren til badeværelset kunne ikke åbnes ordentligt, da den allerede halvvejs åbnet, bankede ind i den anden seng. Der stak rør ud af væggen og kun en stikkontakt virkede. Derudover var den franske altans dør så meget i stykker, at det ikke var muligt at lukke den ordentligt. Der var wifi, men med så dårligt signal, at jeg måtte slå det fra igen for at kunne komme på nettet med egen data. Jeg kunne blive ved med at komme med flere ting, for nærmest alt var forsømt.

Non conforme à la description, vétuste, mal situé

L'hotel n'a rien à voir avec ce qui est présenté sur le site, ni l'entrée, ni les chambres. Ma chambre était petite, extrêmement vétuste, avec des murs pleins de taches et de coulures dégoûtantes. Le personnel de ménage a l'air ok donc la literie et la salle de bains sont propres mais le confort est très sommaire: lit à ressorts qui grince, pas de plateau thé/café malgré le fait qu'il soit indiqué sur la réservation. Pas de savon ni de verre à dents et une douche minuscule fermant avec un vague rideau qui n'empêche pas d'inonder le sol. Le quartier n'est pas safe du tout pour une femme seule et le vis à vis oblige à garder fermés les rideaux occultants car il n'y a pas de voilages. A fuir...

Sehr veraltetes Hotel, aber gut gelegen und günstig. Wer keine großen Erwartungen hat und günstig Paris erkunden möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Betten sind in Ordnung und es wird auch mittelmäßig geputzt. Das Personal ist nett und hilft jederzeit.
