The room was not cleaned twice in 4 days. When complained, the complaint was dismissed summarily. Quite rude in fact. It was as if they were doing an obligation rather than the other way around. Some staff were really good.

It's a nice enough Courtyard, however, it's pretty far away from the La Defense district. It's also very far from Paris. The staff at the hotel, day shift, were short & limited in knowledge. There was a terrific night shift gentleman however. The elevator, one of two, broke and remained down for the majority of our stay. There's not a lot of dining close. You have to go at least a mile out for a decent dining experience.

All in all okay but: Bathroom (room 402,) was flooded after 1min shower because the edge of the shower was misaligned so that water flew out rather than back in. Addressing this one morning and promise that they will look into it and no solution on the same morning is not something I accept from a chain like Marriott... During checkout I came to know that they wanted to taky my Bonvoy points for the stay even I booked via Hotels.com If I had not explicitly asked for an invoice I would not have realized. Summary: OK hotel but staff not too competent, unfortunately.
