We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean. Staff was very helpful getting extra pillows for my daughter who had a dislocated elbow so she could sleep with her arm. Grocery store was a one block lit up walk. Metro safe walk around building. Nice bakery just across from hotel. Will definitely stay if we travel to Paris again.

The room was good. The staff were amazing but if you come by car. Then you have a problem. There is no “safe” parking place around the hotel and the hotel it self doesn’t have a parking place. Even the staff said, it’s not safe to park outside. But the envoirment was still amazing around the hotel.

The only thing we liked was the friendly and helpful staff. The room wasn't exactly like the photos, but there was plenty of space. The bed was very uncomfortable, too hard; every bone ached. Two radiators in our room weren't working. When the plumber arrived, we were just leaving the room and left it to be fixed. When we returned that evening, the radiators were barely warm. We decided to leave everything as is. The sink was clogged, and the water stood for half an hour without draining. We definitely won't be coming back here again.

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.The place is very easy to access with public transport. We could hear the elevators beep most of the day, and the bathroom could be a little cleaner. But overall good value for money!

Had a very good experience staying here and highly recommended. Very commute friendly as metro is just a few steps aways. There are 2 shops and 2 bakery nearby and a short walk from an asian supermarket selling hot meals. ;)

Break and Home - NO HEATING

My stay was good. Break and Home has spacious and clean rooms. What I wasn't happy with is the heating. The radiators are not working, even when someone promised me that it will be locked into, nobody did anything. It was cold in the night periods, and my daughter woke up with sore throat on two occasions.

The property is well located absolutely next to Front Populaire metro station. All attraction connected well (5 Euro per round trip). The reception was warm and good. The apartment was spacious. Hot water round the clock. Heater not provided in summers. Kitchen has dish washer, cooking platform, kettle, mixer, utensils. TV has only french channels. You hardly need them on tourism. Elevator available. Staff helpful.very secure place. Garden and grocery shop near by (100m). The host was friendly allowed me to keep luggage for few hours after check out and also to sit in the lounge.

Minimalist, Spacious and Perhaps Dangerous

Break and Home is on a newer university campus on the north fringes of Paris. It’s served by the metro and busses and offers boulangeries, grocery stores and a few restaurants nearby. However, you should know that its accommodations are spartan and although there is a kitchen, it’s not functionally great. An elevator bell rang most of the night but it was otherwise quiet. Our bad experience was leaving early when the main doors were locked as well as an after hours door that (unmarked) had to be opened by an unlabeled electric button. Scary and unsafe is right. You get what you pay for; no clothes hook in bathroom, no soap in the shower dispenser, etc.

Missing the Boulangeries right next door. The supermarket as well and the Restaurants around the corner . We took Uber which was so convenient to Paris . Uber to Airport too which didn’t costs that much . There were 4 of us so Uber is way cheaper and convenient. The room is spacious with a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed . So affordable. Will stay here again .They have breakfast which covers your choice of coffee, croissant for 7 Euros. They have beer on tap too at the reception which has plenty of sitting area . The room has a kitchen with all the amenities. You have to ask for a hai dryer . Bring your toiletries. Bed , comforter and pillows all great . Spring blooms all over the grounds. It’s quite hidden , very secure. Good WiFi in the room too.

Property was very close to Transportation the Metro is a few steps away. There is a grocery store two stores down there are two pastry shops that sells the best tasting pastries and baguettes. There is a pharmacy around the square, a fruit shop and lots of bus stops. The room itself was more like a dormitory a college dorm room not at a hotel. Nothing fancy just the basic necessities a television with only French channels. No washcloths but nice fluffy towels. It had a kitchenette that was adequately stocked. We stayed there twice. The second time they gave us a room where the bathroom sink was clogged but they immediately switched us to the room that we stayed in the first time we checked in. The breakfast is what you would typically get at a French hotel the baguette the croissants the lunch meat the cheese coffee fruit and very reasonably priced. But the best thing overall was having the metro station to entrances actually within a very short walk of the facility. It's located in a square and getting the train and the bus from the airport took about an hour or you could take a faster train that'll cost you about 15 to $17 more to get there within like 20 to 45 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights 3 days, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. However the overall atmosphere of the rooms were very clinic, no rugs no personality, a bit like a prison. The room was clean in general, the shower presented a few black mold spots. And there was some staining on the shower curtains in the room, the noise wasn’t bad at all, warning that you do hear the elevator beeps though, which can be annoying while you sleep. The room was well equipped, though our tv remote had no batteries at all and when we requested batteries they had none. Bit disappointed. Honestly though for the price/quality ratio it is a pretty good deal.

Overall, good aparthotel with very nice staff! Room was spacious which is great with a toddler. The mattress could be more comfortable in the room as well as the cleanliness of the sofa bed, but it is a pretty good bargain for your money!
