Nice small space but had everything you need! Nice to have a little kitchenette to make breakfast or a snack. It's a busy area which is great for lots of food and a little bodega nearby along with super close to transportation. It is far from city center but easy enough to get around. Very clean and a nice space overall!We liked the neighborhood for food nearby!

Nice Place, terrible location

The Hotel / Appartments are fine and the Staff is friendly and competent..There is only a couple of minutes walk to a hub for public transport. But the nearby areas are terrible and dangerous after dark. The park next to the building is filled with gangs and homeless people.

Friendly and helpful staff. Small but comfortable apartment, with all necessary facilities we needed for a family of four. Near metro station and commute to central Paris was easy. It would be nice to have the in-room tea/coffee facilities. Overall a good stay, and will definitely consider it again for our next visit to Paris.

The staff was absolutely unprofessional. On the day we arrived, our room was not ready per check in time. Furthermore, later in the day the receptionist called me to ask me to evacuate the room immediately as he did a mistake from his end and put me in the wrong room. He threatened to displace our stuff into the new room without our consent if we didn’t return back to the hotel and do it our self.

The place was ok. Would have preferred a change of towels for showering and the bathroom every other day instead of once in 10days. The same with emptying the kitchen and bathroom garbage - once ever 10 days doesnt cut it. Otherwise - i enjoyed my stay there with my fiancee

l’appartement n’est pas très bien insonorisé. La nuit, on entend les klaxons et les cris dans la rue. Sinon, l’appartement est propre et bien équipé. Le fait de devoir vider la poubelle soi meme pour une seule nuit est inhabituel, mais c’est un détail mineur.

Das Appartment ist sehr klein und für 3 Personen recht eng. Draußen liegt eine krachige Hauptstraße. Dank der schalldichten Fenster hat man Ruhe aber eben keine frische Luft. Muss in Paris wohl so sein, wenn mein etwas für annehmbare Preise sucht.

Bon choix pour qui vient a Paris pour visiter.

Hôtel est très bien placé, proche du métro avec de nombreux restaurants sur l'avenue. La proximité avec la cité des Sciences est 1 atout. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Un conseil, demandez 1 chambre qui donne sur le Parc, à cause du bruit de l'avenue.

Séjour de 4 nuits dans un studio 2 personnes. Ensemble tout a fait convenable. Bonne literie, logement propre a l'arrivée et hôtel calme a l'étage. Deux bémols : aurait mérité un peu plus de vaisselle (vraiment pour deux) et une salle de bain très petite (acces difficile pour fermer la porte)

le lieu est très bien situé: parc de la villette, buttes chaumont, canal de la villette qui mène au canal saint martin, un supermarché à 2 min à pied, ligne de metro qui ramène dans le centre en moins de 20 min. de plus, la déco et les appartements sont très bien pensés et les personnes de l'établissement charmants. Seuleument 4 étoiles car si vous êtes du coté rue (ce qui fût mon cas) : bruit de circulation continuel donc il est préférable d'être coté parc de la villette

Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans votre hôtel. L'accueil était au top, le personnel très agréable et souriant. Concernant la chambre il y avais pas mal de moucherons, et je sais pas si on a bien cherché mais nous n'avons pas trouvé la climatisation car il faisais extrêmement chaud dans la chambre, du coup nous avont ouvert les fenêtres la 1ere nuit et on c'est fait asticoter par les moustiques ! Et les bruits des voitures, des gens qui hurler dehors ... Désagréable... heureusement j'ai ramener mon mini ventilateur de bureau qui nous a bien aider a dormir tranquillement sans que les fenêtres soient ouvertes.
