Great place in the suburbs to explore Paris.

We stayed in the apartment - group of 3. The apartment was spacious clean and comfortable. The small kitchen and fridge in the apartment was very useful, managed to keep all our yummy purchases from the food festival fresh.

Fantastic place and good value. Very clean and modern. Plenty sockets and very comfy. Staff great and efficient and a credit to the place. Only slight drawback is location. Area still under some construction but this should be short lived. Room facing the main road was quite noisy traffic wise, so if you can get a room on the other side, probably better. TIP - use the Metro. Maison Blanche stop is 5 mins away and you can get to most places for 2.5 Euro

Fit our family of 5 comfortably. Facilities were spacious and quiet. This is a true apartment style set up so you need to source everything to make your stay more enjoyable to you. Within walking distance of grocery stores, metro and cafes.

A/C problem - avoid traveling during summer

The property is new and location isn't bad. My main issue is our A/C broke during our 2nd of 5 nights, we complained for the rest of the trip and staff/manager were not helpful. Sleeping in 35C was impossible... we opened the windows and kids were massively bitten by bugs. Again, staff did not appear to care.

Safe, modern, well situated place to stay in Paris

Well situated near the Place d’Italy Metro station, it was professional and clean. The breakfast was expensive and didn’t have hot cereal. The pillows were so fat they gave me a neck ache. The room was a comfortable temperature but was too hot under the duvet. I wished for a top sheet but didn’t understand that top sheets are not normally used in France. It had a nice balcony overlooking a large highway interchange. Except for the oversized pillows and hot duvet, I was quite happy there.

Not good if you have a car but walking it was near port d’itali buses rail and subway. Area seemed nice and hotel as a bit iff the beaten path. They only clean if you are going to be there seven days or more. I was there a week and my room was cleaned once. front desk staff soke english french and spanish the other staff just french but google translate was awesome.

The area has a lot of contruction going on. but that is pretty much it. It is not heard in the rooms which is a good thing. I had a fridge but it was not working so my food spoiled. The room was cold and was unable to put on the heater. Hot water wasn't working for 2 morning. Other than that, the bed is very comfortable. the room is a decent size and modern.

OK for 1 or 2 days but not good for longer

I stayed there for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is new and clean. All facilities (kitchenette, shower etc.) worked fine. The location, though not having any interesting sightseeing point or restaurants close by, is close to a metro station (around 8 mins walk). However the property is surrounded by many construction sites which makes walking in and out not on easy path. So at this price it is acceptable to stay for 1 or 2 days. However if you stay longer, many issues arise. 1. poor sound proof - you hear what next room is doing and always hear the doors outside banging 2. strange big noise from the toilet and water system. If others flush the toilet or turn on the tap, your toilet and water system will "roar". That made me wake up for a few times in the middle of the night. 3. room supplies and cleaning are scarce, and not all staff are helpful. I was given 4 capsules on the table when first checked in, so after 4 days I asked the receiptionist for replenishment. But he refused and said the capsules and tea bags were only "welcome gifts" and could not be replenished. How ridiculous. Then there was no room cleaning for more than a week, which made the rubbish bin overflow and smell with food.

This is a new Apart-hotel located in an area still under construction. Seemed fine during the day but would not walk at night as it's not that well lit and a few minutes off the main street. It has good building blocks, but very mediocre execution. The staff seem clueless and disengaged. The room had very uncomfortable beds and was missing basic supplies expected in a "fully equipped" Apart-hotel.. including cutlery, coffee pods, dish cloth and soap to wash the dishes. We were only provided 2 coffee pods for 2 people / 3 nights and told no more could be provided when asked. Hotels.com said coffee/tea available in common places but when I took some coffee from the lobby (machine)the first morning I was charged Regarding dish soap, there was a sign saying to ask the front desk for supplies to clean the dishes. If dishes were left it is 15 euro cleaning fee! The first two times we asked thee were no cleaning kits available at the front desk. One staff member offered us to bring our dishes to the front desk for them to clean in the kitchen area, but no bin was available to transport the wet and dirty dishes. Volume control on TV did not work and staff denied there was any issue when it was brought up. Good points were the proximity to metro, bathroom with large shower for European standards, USB charging outlets near the bed and general cleanliness seemed okay. Fair for the low price we paid but not just mediocre experience overall.

Everything was top notch except the second bed. The sofa couch bed was uncomfortable as it was uneven and you could feel the metal spring. Would be perfect if they change the second bed in the suite with a more comfortable bed.
