"The 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit on the ground floor was spacious for a family of four. We loved the large bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cups, and pots and pans. The only drawback was with the communication with the host. I would ask questions about the unit or the check in process and for DAYS, no response. "The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"This is possibly the best located hotel in Venice and definitely has the kindest staff! The breakfast was excellent as well. It is stressful from the Eialto Mecato stop on vaporetto line 1, so if you have luggage and dont want the hassle of dragging it far, this is for you. "The hotel was lovely but be forewarned that what the hotel calls a king/double bed room is a European king size which is 64 inches instead of a US king which is 76 inches wide. Hotel was gracious when we pointed it out but we were expecting a US King. Also, as is probably the case in a lot of Venetian hotels, the room was tiny, smallest room I've ever stayed in over my multiple trips to Italy, with little floor space but the bathroom was a lovely size."

"Right off the Rialto vaporetto terminal- just one lane in. Extremely walkable from the grand canal (maybe 2-3 minutes tops). No issues transporting luggage. Tons of shopping and food! Very friendly staff and neat room. The location is really prime! "
