I highly recommend Hotel Acca. A warm welcome on arrival, the room was quiet and convenient to all tourist spots and restaurants. Breakfast was a great way
The room was extremely nice! Very clean. Bathroom was amazingly clean!
The staff is very helpful for all your needs. They make you feel so at ease!
Recommend 1000% It’s the place to stay in Venice!
Nice small hotel, close to San Palo square.
Only 8 rooms, friendly staff, spacious rooms and modern and clean bathrooms.
4 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge.
Beautiful property with very attentive staff. The restaurant just outside the resort was great as well. We ate there twice! Breakfast in the morning had wonderful options and the staff were so friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Very cute, well maintained boutique hotel in a quiet part of the city but still within walking distance of all the action. The staff were very helpful and worked tirelessly to make sure my stay was a good one. I enjoyed this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying here.
Cute room with nice location. Small room that overlocked a narrow street but I know that and was happy to have a clean place with breakfast provided. Very helpful staff. Note that the marketing represents the property is air conditioned, but in fact they turn off the air conditioners during the winter season. I was informed I could open the window for the cooler air. Just for reference to those who sleep hotter. Overall nice stay. Light Breakfast and coffee was yummy in the am. Check out myheartfeltliving.com for more travel info & where I stayed.
A wonderful small boutique hotel in a very nice area of Venice! The staff was superb, and our room—as well as the entire hotel—was beautiful, very cozy, clean and in perfect condition. They served a lovely breakfast with just enough carefully prepared, fresh options, along with very good coffee. The location in San Polo is very convenient—central and within a short walk of everything, yet tucked away from the crowds. There are cute boutiques and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay and will happily return as customers!
It was an absolutely lovely stay. My room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the hotel as it's on a little street off of the Piazza and google was showing it on the Piazza. It is close to everything but away from the crowds. Lots of good food options close by. All in all a wonderful stay.
Hotel has been recently renovated, is very comfortable and very well located to explore Venice. Staff are very friendly, and most helpful. Highly recommended.
Breakfast is included, small but delicious selection. Staff was great. Rooms are nice. I stayed in a single room, perfect size for just myself. In a good location, everything that you would want to do is in perfect walkable distance. Even the places that are further away, it really doesn’t feel all that long while you’re walking through Venice.
Wonderful hotel, modern and clean, great service, helpful staff. Breakfast included with an assortment of baked goods ,cold cuts, cheeses.. and the yummy cappuccino, all served in fine china. A place to remember
The Staff was Professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful - went above and beyond. I felt very safe and comfortable in the Hotel and surrounding areas. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Bed and room were spacious. The Breakfast was delicious. A large assortment of fresh food, coffee, fruit, desserts and more.
I would highly recommend the Hotel to guests.
This is a beautiful property and their continental breakfast has every staple you need to start your day right. My only issue is the inability to contact them. I booked thru Expedia and used their messaging system multiple times to adjust my dates (my flight had changed) and never got a response back. I tried direct Thursdays their website and their contact page. Every time I clicked submit Ï received an error code.
Loved this hotel. It’s in a great neighborhood tucked away from the bustling main shopping strips. The decor was relaxing, pristine in cleanliness. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was tasty with a wide offering. I only wish they answered messages through hotel.com within 24 hrs. I had to message multiple times before I got a reply and no one answered when I called. It would also be helpful for a first time traveler be told what stop on the Vaporetto is best to reach the hotel. Despite I still would stay here again and will recommend to friends.
Rooms are very nicely designed. There is no desk or other surface to place a laptop (and therefore no chair) - perhaps not a deal killer, but important to know. A big problem is the lack of a card lock to the main door of the hotel (work in progress). When the receptionist runs an errand, you will be waiting in front of a "back soon" sign. Staff shrugged off this concern.
What an amazing stay for our first trip to Europe. The staff are all so nice and helpful. I was concerned about the language barrier but all the staff spoke fluent English which was a great relief. If we ever come back to Venice, this will be our hotel of choice again. Thank you for making our experience so memorable!!!
