"Fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - Central enough to walk or catch the water bus yet somehow quiet enough for when you want to sleep. The staff is great, particularly at reception. Our room came with a bottle of local sparkling wine included and they also give you a bottle of water each every night. Also, easy to find great restaurants and bars that charge average prices with proper local food within a maximum 10 min walking distance. Tip: as of Nov 2015,in Venice you can be charged...

"Great hotel. I travel a lot and lately have been staying at 5 star properties; imo this one is deserving of that grade. Very helpful staff. I called the day before arrival and spoke to Julia, who helped arrange water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on the grand canal. "Amazing hotel, you basically pay for what you pay for. The morning breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and well decorated with murano glass figures. The location just a walk from one of the stops of water bus. The plaza where is located had some good places to eat. The staff recommended Taverna Capitan Uncino, the food was amazing, decently priced, and service was great."

Clean and easy check in and out- However they should have an attendant there longer it was difficult to walk around with bags since we checked out time is 11am they only held bags til 3:30pm since they leave at 4 our train out of Venice was at 7 pm that’s the only thing Other than that it was a great stay good breakfast clean room "
