The location of this property was great. We loved that ot was roght accross the street from the Osaka Shinkansen and other restaurants. Metro station was right arpund the corner making it easy for transportion. The property also has a park close by where you can go for a jog, run or quiet walk. Cons: the room is very old and does not look at all like the pictures. It even had paint lifted in rhe bathroom, and there is no closet and was kind of tight for our group of 5. The post in Expedia says it accommodates 11 persons, but there is no way 11 people can fit in there.

We liked location. Downtown vibe and family friendly eatery. Condominium needs a bit of cosmetic work. I would give it a 3.5. Everything you might need is within walking distance.

We loved how close it was to our train station and to the local festive areas. Only minor complaint was the shower had no curtain and it was difficult to keep water within the shower area while showering. Everything else was great!

I have many photos I would like to share about this property. My family and I experienced the following issues; mold (celling, bath tub, pillows) sewage smell in the bathroom, room water leaking all over one side of the celling, light fixtures bulb was out, dust everywhere, including the sofa pull out couch, bed was flimsy, and the main door lock didn’t work properly (key card didn’t work, only key). We were coughing the entire stay and will get checked out by our doctors when we return home. I will not be staying here or recommending to others. This has to be the worst part of our entire vacation here in Japan.

Location was good and access via elevator was appreciated. Property listing was not accurate. Unit is an older place with very small/tight spaces. Photos were taken with very wide angle lenses. Odor in the unit was very bad - smelled of sewage all the time - had to open the very restricted windows to get fresh air to circulate. Group of 3 stayed 3 nights and could not wait to leave. Not recommended.
