About a 7-10 minute walk from the Nishijuko station for JR and local trains. Only 2 stops from Universal Studios Japan. Area is very quiet and safe. Convenient stores and a ramen shop is close by. Hotel is very responsive and is always available to any of our requests. Space is for 2-3 people maximum.

The venue exceeded my expectations, I wasn't expecting it to be so spacious. Everything you need is on site and in a quiet area. Shops and transport links a short walk away, check out the Okonomiyaki restaurant 3 mins walk away. The man running it was very nice and we spoke over Google Translate, food was great! The Villa is a few stops away from Universal Studios which is why I booked it so ideal for anyone visiting Osaka for this reason.

一軒家をメゾネットタイプに改装した民泊。最寄駅からも近く、付近には格安駐車場が充実しているため、USJや万博には車を駐車したまま電車で行く事が出来ます。24時まで営業しているスーパーも近いので食品の買出しなども不便なく出来るため最高の立地です。チェックインなどは非対面ですがLINEなどで手厚いサポートがあります。要望としては2点、 ①一階:簡易エアコンしかなく蒸し暑かったため常設エアコンがあれば良かったです。 ②二階:窓が少ないせいかハウスダストがある様に感じました。特にベッドに腰掛けたり掛け布団を移動させるとくしゃみが止まらなくなりました。空気清浄機などあれば良かったと感じました。

今回はUSJへ遊びに行く前日に、家族4人で宿泊させていただきました。 予約以降、LINEでやり取りさせていただき、疑問点は全て教えてもらえたので、安心して当日を迎える事ができました。ありがとうございます。 綺麗なお部屋でしたし、宿泊するために必要な物も揃っていたので良かったです。 USJまで電車で2駅。 専用駐車場はありませんが、近隣コインパーキングが安い。 宿泊費を節約できた分、USJでしっかり遊べました。 次回も利用させていただきたいと思います。

私の中では完璧な宿泊施設でした。ただ２階は暖かく快適に就寝できましたが１階が寒くてトイレや入浴、炊事の時は備え付けの電気ヒーターを付けさせて頂きました。１階にもエアコンがあれば良かったのかな…と思います。後、近隣の駐車場は、すぐ満車になります。それ以外は申し分のない所で綺麗で快適に宿泊させて頂きました。
