LOVED this hotel! It was so spacious and CLEAN! My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and I wish it was longer. It lacks the amenities of a larger hotel but we were able to get breakfast at 7/11 and ubereats and still saved a ton of money. We stayed at 4 hotels during our Japan trip and this is the hotel where everyone slept like a dream! This was the best experience!

Great place to stay and convenient to food places. There’s a 7-11 store just around the corner. Friendly staff that speak English well soo that was really helpful and easy for our stay. Clean rooms with lots of amenities and feels like a cosy home away from home. Walkable to main shops and metro. We were travelling with our 5yo or took the taxi most of time going back to hotel. Also, the hotel has the same-day delivery luggage service available to purchase and for you to organise.

The place was spacious and clean, perfect for six people. There were so many great places to eat nearby. It was also nice that Namba Station was just a 10-minute walk away. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge plus!

Great hotel. Happy family

We really enjoyed our stay. All the employees were so friendly, from check in to check out, they were so polite. The room was so spacious, very tidy and had everything we wanted. We couldnt ask for more. The location was great also, very close to a number of locations and Namba station was just around the corner.
