Great service.

The facility was basic as I had expected with small room and a bit of walk from train station. However, their service was excellent and above my expectation. I could see they were trying their best to make guests' stays better.

Property is clean. Neighborhood around the property is quiet. They have microwaves and coin laundry which was very convenient. Stations are within walking distance. Room is fairly sized. Amenities provided was very useful and convenient. A very nice place to stay in Osaka. Highly recommended.

Terrible air-con. Very noisy. The air-con runs 2 mins and then stop, and re-run it self again after 2 mins. So we cannot sleep well because the sudden noisy air-con re-run itself indefinitely. Also, you will get very hot when it stops. You will get very cold when it reruns. Terrible system and we did not sleep for whole day.
