Great value

clean， comfortable bed, friendly front desk, all English speaking, free instant coffee n green tea. Best of all, the location. Right at where my overnight bus is destined n depart from.

It was nice that the facility had laundry machines. I also liked that there was a shelf in the bed area that was big enough for my bags but didn't take away from my sleeping space. The bedding was very comfortable. I did not like that there were no bath towels available and that you had to purchase the use of a hand towel. These items should be available and they should be free or at least calculated into the hostel rate.

交通超方便的旅舍

這間旅舍離天王寺站超近，從關西機場搭HARUKA過來很方便，而且如果要去逛動物園的話也很方便，因為就在旁邊而已。 另外在這間旅舍住宿的話，還可以拿到阿倍野HARUKAS展望台的免費兌換卷，從300m高的展望台看大阪的夜景很漂亮。 提供乾淨的被套和枕頭套每天替換，這點要特別稱讚。 雖然不是旅舍的問題，不過還是想抱怨一下，這次的住宿遇到了會打呼的同房旅客，有夠衰的。

A Wonderfully Friendly and Convenient Hostel!

First off, the location right in lively and beautiful Tennoji Park is unbeatable! Short walks to lots of attractions like Shinsekai, Nipponbashi/Denden Town, and Shittenoji Temple and easy access to everywhere else via major hub Tennoji Station just minutes away! I had no problems with city noise at night either which was extra nice. The staff are appropriately friendly, polite, and helpful. I especially appreciated the kind man who helped me find a clinic when I needed to see a doctor. Excellent service! The dorm rooms, toilets, showers, and lounge area on the ground floor are comfortably modern and kept very clean. The ground floor has a kitchen with appliances and plenty of seating along with some Japanese toys, a TV, and many tourist information books and pamphlets. I also appreciated the free ticket to the Abeno Harukas observatory which had amazing views of Osaka from Japan's tallest building! The free breakfast was also great to have, just simple bread and juice but tasty and very fresh (served from 7:00-9:00). My only small complaint was that while there was free Wi-Fi it was 'Osaka Free Wi-Fi' instead of a private hotel service which was slightly inconvenient and insecure. Overall, I had a great experience with this hostel! Thank you so much for providing the perfect base to enjoy my favorite city! Special thanks to the amazing staff!!

ハルカス展望台にタダで昇れる、駅近が魅力

４、５回目くらいの宿泊ですが、毎回減点無しという感じです。 個人的に一番の魅力はハルカス展望台の入場券がついていること。これがなかったら他にも同程度の値段で同程度に快適な宿はたくさんあるので、飲み食い中心でハルカスに昇らず、ＪＲ天王寺駅を活用しない人にとっては、悪くはないが素晴らしい選択かどうかは人それぞれ。なお地下鉄谷町線の天王寺駅は近くて便利だが、御堂筋線はやや遠い。 館内はいつも清潔で、これまで毎回同室の人は静かでマナーのいい人たちばかりだった。 ベッドの照明、カーテンもいい感じ。カーテンをひけばプライベート感がある。 いつ泊まってもスタッフのうち誰かは大変フレンドリーで心の籠もった声かけをしてくれるし、これまで許容範囲以下のスタッフに当たったことはないのでその点でも信頼できる（誰もが愛想いいわけではないが）。 廊下、トイレ、シャワー、エレベーター、部屋・・基本的にすべて狭い感じがするが、一等地に建っているのだから当然か。キッチン、ロビーは誰は使っていなかったら広々しているが、人口密度が高くなると快適な空間とは思えない。私は基本的に寝るだけなのでここが減点ポイントにはならないが。

完全バリアフリー、キッチンも共有スペースも綺麗。 禁煙。天王寺公園の中にあり、お洒落なカフェやレストランがたくさんある。喫煙所あり。 天王寺駅と阿倍野橘駅へ直通の地下道が公園から続いてる。7時からの朝食チケットをいただいたが、早朝出発のため使えず残念。他にアベノハルカスの展望台のチケットも、チェックイン時に頂きました。ホステルの北側はバス待合室になっており、東京ディズニーランド行きのバスが夜来てました。東京方面の旅行へのハブとしても便利そうだと思います。二段ベッドの上段は、遅いチェックインでは気を遣います。下段がまだ空いてたので、下にして欲しかった。シーツのセットを自分自身でセッティングしなければなりません。遅い時間だと下の段の人には耳障りなようです。布団は清潔で良く眠れました。アクセスが最高です。早朝チェックアウトすふ場合は、荷物は預けない方が良いです。スタッフは夜間対応してません。

난바에서 거리가 있으나.건물이 새것이라 깨끗하고 주위가 공원이라 조용함.캐리어둘곳이 없어 불편하고 수건사야함.옷걸이가 3개라 옷 걸기 좋고 금고와 선반이 있어 괴안음.캐리어 풀때 좁아 불편함.아침에퍽퍽한 빵2개와 쥬스 하나줌.하루카스300 전망대 이용권을 줘서 좋음 전반적으로 괴안음

We enjoyed our stay the only problem we had was we paid for breakfast in our stay and only received 2 pieces of bread roll and a small juice box which wasn't what we expected having paid extra for our stay. Very nice facilities, modern clean and tidy. Laundry on site which was great and it was extremely central with train station only across the road

施設は新しく清潔。立地は天王寺駅すぐ横の天芝公園内にあり非常に便利。コンビニ、おしゃれなレストランもすぐ横にあります。宿泊者外国人多く、話す機会も多くあって楽しいです。今 宿泊すると阿倍野ハルカスの入場無料券もらえます。
