Family of four stay

A lovely apartment, conveniently located for subway use and bars and restaurants. We walked to it from Umeda station, after getting the Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka from Khoto, which is close to the city centre, past some nice shopping and eating areas. We stayed here for for the reason of travelling to Universal Studios. Temma subway station is about 12 minutes walk (with a 9 & 7 year old). However, on the return journey at night time, we had to walk past the lady bars and casinos with some choice clientèle and services around. (Bear this in mind if with young children, mine didn't notice!) Also close by is an outdoor playpark, next to Kids Plaza which my children loved! Discounted tickets from 14:00 onwards: it closes at 17:00 and this is more than enough time. It is also close to Osaka imperial castle.

Guest House instead of a Hotel

Generally a good experience! We got the feeling of a genuine japanese apartment. For a longer stay I might have been put off by the fact that there is no real food/dinner place to sit and eat. There is a low living room table with couches on both sides in the middle of the living room which is also in the middle of the apartment- you often need to pass this area. But it is ok for family breakfast. The overall cleaning of floor, bedroom, kitchen, toilette and shower was good, but someone might need to spend some time dusting off the decorations and details. The big closets in the bedroom was really good to hide bags, but I don't know why there was a super dusty floor lamp tucked away there? The AC was working fine and there is a extra floor fan to use (July =hot weather). Another thought; you should have some kind of explanation/instructions on the hot water system. We had already spent 2 weeks in Japan so I knew how it worked, but if I would have come straight from Europe it would be much harder - especially since every thing is in Japanese. The subway track outside the house is not optimal but it works to sleep with earplugs. Also remember to shut the window in the bathroom before evening, otherwise the restaurant cooking fumes will come in. A bonus is that a gentle soul left an converter from japanese electrical socket to eu socket with extensioncord and 3 european outlets. Yay! Generally I recommend this guest house to those willing to live closer to the local standard!

駅にも近く広さも十分。

部屋、キッチン共に十分な広さがあり良かったです。滞在した日がかなり寒い日で、仕切りのないスタジオタイプの部屋ではひとつの暖房だけでは部屋内が寒かったのですが、押入れにあった電気ヒーター使って凌げました。

Way too noisy....avoid if you like to sleep

Way too noisy, the apartment is on the 4th floor and sandwiched between 2 railway tracks at window level. If you plan on sleeping stay elsewhere, we were booked in for 4 nights and moved out after the first night. Terrible. We then booked into a normal chain hotel (which was cheaper) less than a mile away and 100% better.

JR 和地鐵都近, 兩樣都搭到, 去各景點方便, 接天神神橋筋商店街, 窗台有洗衣機及曬衫位置充足. 到訪電郵提供到訪資料非常詳盡. 地下大門沒有密碼比較危險, 只有房門一個密碼鎖, 如能地下也有密碼鎖會比較放心. 電梯超細, 2位成人加2個24吋行李箱已不能再入, 人多的話要分幾次上樓. 微波爐基本翻熱功能特差, 3次叮食物才少許暖, Watts 太低. 淋浴室太細, 若成人高大的話會比較辛苦. 陽台可以看到地鐵行駛少許嘈音, 若不介意少許嘈音或喜歡看地鐵的話便不成問題了.

The place is clean and room for 5 people. The washer/dryer is difficult to use. We washed our clothes and can't find the function to dry the clothes. Wish the owner would have the instruction on how to use the dryer function.

地理位置很近地鐵站，走大概5左右已到旅館，步行2分鐘就已經有便利商店，可直接步行15分鐘到梅田及大阪站，很方便。環境是類似精品酒店的設計，有榻榻米也有沙發床，很乾淨，廁所的空間很大，不會有很局促的感覺，總體來說不錯。

숙소는 넓은 편이였고 같이 모이기 대화하기 좋아 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 호스트를 만날 수 없어서 익스피디아 대화창으로만 대화를 해야하여 불편한 감이 있었으며 철도옆이라 쿠궁 거리는 소리가 컸습니다. 난방은 히터로만 이뤄져서 추우니까 유의해주세요

- Property can use better cleaning, particularly in Japanese standard. Lots of dust, cups had stains that could be washed off. - Amenities were provided but not very usable. E.g., kitchen did not equip with sufficient utensils for cooking. Washer/dryer on outside balcony facing railroad track gathered dust. - Room was quite noisy but we were surprising not impacted. We were probably really tired.

No internet - such an inconvenience for tourists. And a costly one for international visitors. Why not just charge a little bit extra and include it? Bins weren’t clean. Big book of rules of what not to do, rather than help with what was around in the local area.

因為太近鐵路太嘈，沒想過沒有隔音設施。另外，被安排頂層，升降機唔到。加上，日間頂層長期晒住，晚上返到酒店似蒸爐，只有一部冷氣，沒有風扇，要到半夜才有涼意。最後，3日2夜住宿，住了一晚已離開。

非常棒的民宿，人員也非常親切和善

這次的家庭旅遊能在大阪住到空間這麼好的房間大家都很開心，唯一可惜的就是在最後一天外面有道路施工，因此晚上大家不太好睡，浴室的部分沒有能放置小物品的櫃子有點可惜，畢竟這一個房間一次都4人以上住，東西會比較多一些，除此之外其他都非常好!下次來旅遊還是會再選擇這樣的房型。
