Wonderful and clean place to stay around Dotonbori area, have to walk 8-10 mins to get to Don Quijote but family mart, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. We’ll stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

This hotel is like an aparment-hotel. It has a balcony and is much bigger than any other hotel in Japan my husband and I we're very confortable here.. Very close to the river and shopping areas, I recommend it.

Close enough with a small walk to the main area, several family Mart nearby and a handful of small shops Good sized rooms that were clean and spacious. Great shower and bathrooms. Big comfy beds. Good stay

Seems like an old apartment building that was renovated. The location is close to a lot and close to a few stations. Very soundproof, you cant really hear other guests (only time i did was people being very loud down in the breakfast area)

Price was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is a bit off from the main street but still walking distance. Everything was very clean. The only thing that was off putting was the smell when we first walked into the room. It smelled like the washing machine had wet clothes that were left in there too long.
