I was in the annex which wasn’t staffed so I had to go to the main front desk. Staff there were very efficient & there was no problem checking in. All up pretty much everything was good. Convenient to JR Osaka & the bus station. Except perhaps the bed was a bit hard but that’s normal for Japan so no big deal. The included "light breakfast" was nothing special either. Regardless I'll stay again.

Convenient location near main train station. We were in the annex around the corner from the main hotel, a little underpopulated in feel, but very comfortable room. Big assortment of amenities to choose from in lobby of annex. They stored our luggage for us since we were too early to check in.

Everything was great. Only issue is if you are planning to use the laundry, leave extra time. Clothes did not fully dry after feeding the machine money 3 times. I also notice that the clothes has toothpaste stains still on them after washing which was the reason I washed them. So the laundry I would avoid. The iron really didn’t work well either. Still give this place 5 stars because everything else was good.

Pleasant Stay.

The hotel has all the amenities, very modern, is situated about .5 mile from the station Umeda Station. It was a pleasant stay, the rooms have an iron. The hotel is quiet. It is about 1 mile from major shopping mall. Osaka is huge, so one mile is close for walking.

Nice hotel not too far from Osaka station

The hotel is in a quiet area, about 7 minutes walking from Osaka Station. There is not a lot else around besides the station, but it met our needs. The room was a nice size, which is always a plus in Japan. We paid for the breakfast and found it to be a good value. If you prefer to be closer to trains instead of the centre of town, this is a good value.

I love the room design, especially the separate toilet and bathroom, which is very thoughtful and convenient for multiple guests. The hotel also provides three beds, making it perfect for a family of three. Also love the wood floor design, it looks much better and cleaner than carpet.
