家族でUSJ旅行のため利用しました。新しく良い印象です。とにかくテレビが大きくてビックリしました。100インチぐらいある印象。前の人のゴミが床に落ちていたので、床の掃除があと一歩かなと思う事はありましたが、不快と言う程では無かったです。騒音度合いは、上の階の人の存在は感じます。風呂はシャワーのみで、大人1人でも狭いぐらいの大きさです。完全セルフでの利用ですが、階毎に１部屋のため安心感はありました。駐車場も安く近くに有り良かったです。総じて、安く素泊りしたい旅行にはいいと思います。自分の便利宿のお気に入り入りです。また利用したいです。

The room was quite nice and new and the customer service is TOP, they replied very quick to any issue. There's no reception, but before you arrive they send you a code to access the facility. Everything went fine and we had a great time. Room was clean and looked like the pictures (superb!!). I would recommend it 10/10 and probably will book next time. The only two things I would improve: - room fells a bit naked, there's no wardrobe nor a table to lay things/eat - the elevator in the facility closes its door to soon!

建物自体は古く部屋だけリノベーションした様なホテルでした。部屋の中は設備も新しく、庭園もあり、面白かったのですが、清掃が不十分でした。具体的には・シャワーブースの床に洗剤？シャンプー？が残っていてヌルヌルしている・部屋の隅には埃が残っている・洗面所の換気扇には埃がたくさん付いている・キッチンのスポンジが使い古されたものなど、部屋を使用するにあたり、不安になることが多かったです。駐車場はありませんでしたが、近くのコインパーキングに空きがたくさんあり、困りませんでした。入口で他の宿泊客の外国人の方が入れずに困っていたようなので、鍵の開け方に困る方はいるかもしれません。アクセスもよい場所なので、清掃さえしっかりされていれば、よいホテルかなと思います。

初めての利用で、チェックインの方法など不安でしたが、問題なくチェックインからチェックアウトまで過ごせました。事前に問い合わせをしましたが、速やかかつ丁寧に対応してくださいました。他の方の口コミにもあったように、シャワー室が小さくて驚きましたが、子どもも問題なく使えました。 USJも近いので、大阪観光の際はまた利用したいです。

外玄関入ってすぐ木の匂いがとても良かった。階段がありキャリーバッグを持っていたので大変だった。お部屋は水の流れる音がとても癒された。畳はライトが付いてキレイ。初体験だった。冷蔵庫も大きくて使いやすい。洗濯機がついてるのはとても良い。食器用洗剤、洗濯洗剤がついて良い。テレビが大きく旅行できたのにNFをゆっくり観てしまった。残念なのは前回使った人のゴミが残っていた所。そこが改善されれば最高と思う。また大阪に来た際はここに泊まりたい。

自分の泊まる部屋の名前が分からず電話で確認しないといけなかったので事前にメール等で知らせて欲しかった。友人家族と2部屋借りましたがお風呂が友人側の部屋にしかなく好きなタイミングでお風呂に入れないのが残念でした。布団を敷くとシーツに髪の毛が何本も付いており不快でした。ただ料金はお手頃価格でとても助かりました。

今回高校生だけの旅行で使わせていただきました。事前に質問を送ったところ、丁寧に回答いただき安心して宿泊できました。荷物を先に送りたいと伝えたところ、竹水は無人のため受取不可なのですが、近くの提携店（竹のや）で受取可能でした。竹のやのスタッフさんはとても親切で素晴らしい対応をしていただきました。部屋は清潔、広い、立地が良い、テレビが大きき、ベッドふかふか、全てにおいて大満足でした。シャワールームが狭かったので、近くの銭湯に行きました。朝はシャワールームを利用しました。また利用したいです。
