Overall my stay was good. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Housekeeping came daily to tidy up and make the bed. They provide basic hygiene items. This is a very nice hotel. Get the two beds so that you can get a view of the waterfront. Upgrade your breakfast buffet, you won’t regret it! There is a Daiso, restaurants and a market very near to the hotel. The train station is also very near and sort of attached.

The staff is very friendly, the building is in a great location and has so many things available like food and shopping center at the second floor. Plus the hotel has its own restaurants. The amenities are great, I paid for laundry and I was so impressed with the service. I locked myself out of the room safe on accident and they were at my room within 10 minutes. The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable, and the views are out of this world.

We were on the 49th floor. We can’t control the temperature to be lower than 20 degree Celsius. The bathroom, it has an odor that smells. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly, they helped us with all the stuff we need.

The area was very convenient and close to the trains for our trip. Great views and the room was clean and spacious. The only issue we had was the temperature inside the room. Floors 30 and above were centrally controlled by the hotel, so the room itself was hot and we couldn't adjust it at all. We could only open the window a few inches to try and cool it down, which didn't help much.
