The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. It's so convenient to be able to walk to the downtown Disney area. Our room was also fantastic with a great view and it was nice and big, giving us plenty of room. Overall, a perfect 10!

We have stayed at Hilton Lake Buena Cista - Disney Springs many times and never been disappointed with the hotel. It's a clean property offering easy access to Disney Springs. Free water daily, satisfying dining options, and complimentary transportation to the parks are additional perks. Be aware if using the complimentary bus service to MK. The bus drops you at TTC, not MK. We planned on arriving for rope drop and missed it because of the added time at TTC (security lines, waiting on ferry), then security at MK. Not a big deal if you plan accordingly and certainly not a reason to stay elsewhere.

Our stay was fine, room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located. However, the $41 resort fee is ridiculous (seeing as this is not a resort) and overnight parking fee is $38 per night!! Also, the gate was broken. We had to continuously call for assistance and sometimes it got backed up with a few cars. The gate did not work once during our trip.
