Room clean and property is very nice. Watch out for resort fees, the $40 per day was disclosed, but the other $20 resort access fee was not. When asked about thr fee the front desk stated that is a extra fee that you have to pay to stay on property. Clubhouse restaurant was amazing food but be aware if you sre not golfing you are not allowed to eat there. They stated for golfers only.

It’s a great to place to stay and especially with kids. A lot of amenities and the water park is excellent. The place really is kid friendly. We didn’t experience any riff-raff and it was Fourth of July weekend. I hope to return. Get yourself a golf cart to explore the resort.

I would like to thank Reunion Front Office Operations team - Tugce, Omaira, Mallory, Darya, also Anya from waterpark team, It is thanks to their warm hospitality and amazing customer service our family returns to Reunion every year! The villas are spacious, with kitchen and silverware. The lazy river in the waterpark and another pool in Seven Eagles are heated. And every time it’s the best vacation ever ! Thank you. Great stay yet again. Asked for a golf view high up before check in. When we arrived we were told the hotel was sold out and given a really poor room but could move the next day. We eventually moved to the room as requested. A great resort with great amenities and generally a lovely holiday. My advice would be to call the hotel on the day of check in as they don’t look/reply to emails.
