The staff here are helpful and very kind. From the front desk to Starbucks to the rum shack at the pool, everyone was so kind! There is a heated pool, hot tub and a huge pool with a waterfall and smaller slide. I loved the food and drinks at the bar! Would definitely book again! Worth every penny! Rooms was also clean and nice. We had an issue with plumbing and the staff did everything to fix it and make it right. Would definitely stay again and again

The room was clean, spacious and simple. It has the normal coffee maker but I would say it is missing a microwave. The staff is attentive and nice. The best part is the pool area where my family and I hang out for hours. The hotel is close to a lot of places of interest. I have been coming in to this place for a few years now and I bring others along to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel overall. While we did experience a few inconveniences during our visit, what truly stood out to us was how the staff handled everything. They were attentive, understanding, and went above and beyond to address our concerns and make things right. Things donā€™t always go perfectly, but having a caring and responsive team makes all the difference. We truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help, and they turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you to the entire staff for taking care of us and making our stay a memorable one. We would definitely consider staying here again!
