The room was clean, and smelled clean as well. The grounds were well kept and daily you would see staff everywhere working cleaning rooms, the property and all public areas. Staff were just so friendly and helpful. As a group of women, we did feel safe coming and going from our end of the resort to the restaurant and lobby. Our only issue was that another guest stole our door dash order, but driver chased the person down and got our food back. The driver did not follow hotel rules by coming directly into lobby and did not ask for a pin. This was a very special trip and the staff were amazing.

Every thing was perfect. We had a problem with the air conditioning and they respond immediately, gave us another room with an upgraded view and gave us a boucher for a 4 party lunch. The room was clean, the amenities at the pool for the kids were very nice, the access to all parks and hotels of Disney were easy from our hotel. Very nice vacations and memories with my kids.
