First, I arrived at the property around 11pm. The security guard had to check me in. There’s only one lane and you have to use a key pad. So I had to circle around the security booth to let other visitors in as I was checking in.
Secondly, my young child had an accident the first night. We got up and stripped the bed. I emailed and called for a new set of sheets, mattress cover, comforter and duvet. I only received sheets. I was told everyday that they would contact housekeeping and I would receive my comforter. The room I stayed in was freezing so we had to turn the air up but in turn it made my other family warm at night. I didn’t get a comforter until the night before I left.
Make sure you know some Spanish, use a translator app or something because the entire staff is Hispanic and half don’t know English.
Lastly, the pool area was not well lit and the pool light did not work. It took for me to contact Expedia who then contacted the property on behalf before they did anything. Still didn’t have a pool light but the outside pool area was now lit.
