"After choosing the all inclusive, we were very confused with how this system worked. Not one staff member seem to be able to communicate it well in english. Alot of the staff seem un interested and lack of effort to help when trying to clarify the offer. The menu included is very basic so after 2 days, your over the basic menu quickly. Every cocktail was so strong we had to use sprite to dilute. Just not pleasant to drink. If you have health of leg issues. Stairs\distance of rooms from main...

"The property is clean and beautiful but the front desk are maybe overworked compared to other hotels and resort in Thailand ."

"Clean friendly staff"

"Cleaners were very accommodating, staff also. Breakfast and dining staff excellent and the pool wonderful. Due to the upgrade to 5 star next year, we are so sorry our regular yearly bookings can’t be accommodated in this location, as we have developed local relationships where those people will lose our financial support. We are hoping to stay again once the rebuild is completed."

"Nice hotel. So happy to sleep here. And lovely staff"

"They were absolutely not accommodating of any changes, even though we were very polite and forthcoming with our issues from the beginning due to unforseen circumstances . Its a shame they seem to be only interested in maximising profits and not care about their guests need at all.. very disappointing be aware!"

"The matress wasn't clean I body was itchy after bug bites ."
