It’s brand new and spotless clean. The decor is modern and stylish, which gives the whole place a really nice vibe.
The food here was also amazing. And the Wi-Fi worked perfectly the whole time.

"It is 5 minute walk to Patong beach and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Bangla road. One thing is that mosquitos here gave me nasty bites I had to use mosquito spray often"

"The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively.
The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out.
Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport.
