Our recent stay here was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The room was perfect for a family of three - spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The view from our balcony overlooked the beach, and we were just a short walk away from the shore.

If I could give this property a higher rating than 5, I would! Absolutely stunning, very friendly and helpful staff, good view, quiet at night but close enough to the action in Patong. The breakfast was amazing with so many options, definitely worth the add-on. When I come back to Thailand I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel was not what I was expecting. Think of it this way- if you are there for constant traversing of steps, this hotel is for you.. You'll also be rewarded with a nice view. Everywhere you move, steps were involved- not what I had in mind. Waiting for a golf-cart to move about the property is largely a requirement, and it just resulted in continued waiting on the hotel. I checked out the same day I checked in. Just be aware that this hotel is on a mountain side, removed from everything. If you like such a setup, this hotel is for you. It was certainly not what I was seeking. Additionally, the hotel would not worked with me for the (3) day that I booked, even though I checked out within hours. I should note that Expedia tried to help me, but this Andaman brand would not work with me at all. This Andaman is a big conglomerate in Phuket, but this hotel was not what I had expected, and warn people of the disadvantages here. I learned a lesson that I'll not be seeking to stay at any Andaman properties in Phuket, and I've been to Phuket now twice this year. A very poor experience with Adnaman

I enjoyed my 3-day stay at the hotel. It is outside of the main area in Patong but that means you get quiet evenings which can be rare in the city. Be prepared to walk more than you expect to go to the tourist places but is only a 3-minute walk to the beach. The one thing that was a little annoying was the evening dining. The food can take a long time and was not as ordered. I do not think they had enough staff for the number of people at the restaurant. Warning, if you get a room that connects to another, you can hear everything in the other room. My last day an upset couple arrived and argued loudly all day. Other than that, the accommodations were as advertised and very clean.

Room is well appointed with great sea views, beach towels ready for use, staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The bar is really good with lovely cocktail and easy access (5 mins walk) to the beach completes a great stay!
