"Walk is 15 minutes to tube"

"Booked accommodation on morning and received confirmation email. Arrived at property and not received any email with access codes for property. Rang mobile providers number given on booking confirmation and was transferred then not ale to connect. Tried numerous times and also contacted Expedia for help to contact provider. After an hour Expedia told me accommodation was unlikely to be available so I then had to find alternative accommodation. Wasted nearly two hours and resulted in me missing...

"The hotel was a combination of modern hotel room amenities with old world charm in the bar and restaurant. The food was also delicious! I definitely recommend to anyone staying in London."

"No parking at the hotel. Other than that, it is clean, breakfast is good and close to west ealing train station."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast service, highly recommend it. Clean room and great location."

"👍"

"Had a lovely stay Very helpful staff and room beautifully clean. Very near to shop and not too far from town will stay again happily."

"Arrival was Good and at 3pm we could access our room. The hotel itself was in a great location and all staff friendly. For an exec twin room it wasn’t that clean it was fine for purpose but had I been staying more than one night I would have asked for better bathroom cleaning standards. Breakfast was plentiful and good"

"Staff members remained welcoming and polite across the hotel. The extension wing offers improved room layouts and reduced noise. Overall, the five-night stay felt highly satisfying."

"Staff is nice, but room not well cleaned."
