Staff were great, hotel rooms are awful, wallpaper hanging off the walls, dirty carpets, 1980s decor, dated bathroom with shower that trickles, paper thin windows! I got up a few times in the night and actually checked I hadn’t left the window open!! Rooms need some serious tlc!

Just came back to Canada after spending an absolutely glorius weeks stay at your wonderful hotel The Savera..I was in the twin room and my daughters family in your executive room Everything was PERFECT Location to tube Cleanliness Ambiance Restaurant/Bar on site But most of all the Staff!! From friendly outstanding and accomodating front desk personal to our lovely room attendant Lux our stay was perfect in every way And we are already planning next years one week Christmas visit,a true home away from home feeling Regards and Merry Christmas from our family to yours

Another stay here, on a business trip. No problems encountered all was good. Particular mention to the lady in the restaurant at breakfast, so helpful and pleasant, she always asks how we are each time we stay at the Savera.
