Couples stay in Northolt

We hadn’t anticipated sharing this space with other people as it does state on the details that ‘you will only share the apartment with others from your party’. Fortunately all other guests were very respectful of space. Continental breakfast options were interesting but it wasn’t clear what was definitely for our use and what belonged to others. Overall, a nice stay in a nice location.

Loved the property, the superb location and kind and generous hostess! Very generous with continental breakfast with lots of choices to include fruit and chocolate bonus! Impressive!

The room was tidy and cleaned daily but I had to chase for the code to get in and was never given the code for the kitchen even after requested. The info on booking stated breakfast and a welcome drink would be provided which it was not.

Clean and tidy, friendly staff who willing to help all your needs. Spacious room loaded with all essential staff. , modern clean kitchens ,tea ,coffee and cornflakes available also clean modern bathroom . Definitely would recommend.

Shocking - Do not use this Property!

Arrived, expected to be provided room access, called number provided. They did not answer but messaged me to say all room bookings had been cancelled. They offered no reason and they had not notified me of cancellation. I advised I'd travelled a long way to London and their only suggestion was a Travelodge by the nearby Tube station. Unprofessional and highly risky, particularly for solo travellers who may be vulnerable to exploitation in those situations!

Unhelpful Owners

The property was fine. The owners were very unhelpful, I left my jacket in my room and realised when i was home over 5 hours away. I messaged asking for them to send the jacket or atleast the keys inside onwards, and I would pay for any expenses required. In response, they moved the jacket into the kitchen, and ignored any further attempts to contact them. Even going so far as to blocking my phone number, leaving me without my jacket and business keys.

As shown in the pictures, one would expect kitchen access (the breakfast items too) and not a shared bathroom. There is no mention of a shared bathroom and no kitchen access and in the name of breakfast we got 2 teabags and 2 sachets of coffee. Also, we chose this property bcz of the distance to my workplace and my partners dog allergy but there were 2 very smelly dogs on property which was not nice. The last 2 or 3 days of our stay the bathroom was being cleaned but since the beginning i would come from work and the toilet would stink of pee and there would be pee everywhere around the toilet. Random times of the night the lights were being switched on and dogs barking. Also, the property owner was definitely snooping in the room. I dont have eyelash extensions and there was an eyelash extension on the floor. We found blonde hairs and dog hair in the room and on the bed once. And they have a weird frequency sound going on every 5 or so mins even during the night. The springs on that mattress are not good at all. We both got back and neck pain from the bed. The area itself is nice but the hidden parts of the property weren't nice at all. We could have chosen another place if we had known we would need to share a space with dogs and no kitchen acess. We had to spend a lot of money on outside food instead of home-made.

This was the worst experience that I ever had with Expedia. It took me more than 30mins to just get the door open but it never worked. The residence has 4 rooms that need to share a kitchen and a bathroom. They never mentioned these info in the description. Also, I sent them a message that I could not get the door open and requested for a refund, they said I was stupid and called the police. It was absolutely ridiculous and an insult to me. I did report to Expedia to remove this residence from the selection so that no one will get suffered in the future. I am still working on my refund and hopefully will get it back in the sooner future.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON, the whole experience was horrendous -- no hot water or heating and some stranger decided to make it's way into the apartment without us knowing while my whole family was there!!! When I first made the reservation I expected to have the whole 3 bedroom apartment to ourselves since that is what the listing said, but when we got there I noticed that the owner had only sent us the code for 2 of the bedrooms (yes, every single bedroom has a keypad outside so you can go inside and use them). After calling the owner several times, he finally decided to text me and told me that since we were only 4 persons that we could only access 2 bedrooms out of the 3 which was not what we had agreed on. Furthermore, he decided to rent out the other bedroom to some stranger without telling us!! I was trying to fix the issue with the lack of heating in the apartment when suddenly I turn around and a stranger is standing behind me trying to open the bedroom that "we were not allowed to use". This is not a hotel in which you have several rooms for several people and each one of them has its own bathroom, this is an apartment in which the single bathroom and kitchen are shared so now we are supposed to share not only the apartment with some stranger but also the bathroom & kitchen? Both the stranger and I tried calling the owner but he never picked up. Fortunately Expedia was able to relocate me and my family to another property but this was truly a horrible experience.
