The rooms were obviously a little on the smaller side because it’s nyc but not terrible at all, it was cozy! Staff were so kind and generous all around and the place is super clean, I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. This was our first time in New York so we were surprised with how small our room was. However, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was actually pretty good. It had the basic continental breakfast but everything was fresh and tasty. As mentioned the location was great and walking distance to many attractions. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were knowledgeable, helpful snd pleasant.

I loved my stay here! Location is great, staff was friendly, and the lobby immediately smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. The room was small but that’s to be expected in NYC. The bed was super comfortable, and I could barely feel my partner moving around. The steamer for clothes was a lovely touch. It was also pretty quiet—even the street noise from our fourth floor room was manageable with earplugs and a white noise machine. The breakfast was also surprisingly good. Basic hotel fare but the coffee was downright decent and the eggs did not taste like they cooked in plastic bag of water. The only complaint I had was that one of the two elevators wasn’t operating so it was a bit inconvenient at times when people were lining up. Luckily we were only on floor 4 and took the stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Possibly one of the best staffs I’ve ever encountered in a hotel setting and that saying a lot amazing location in the center of it all with many options for food theater, and to be in the heart of the city there’s nothing like it. Thank you so much for treating my daughter and I like family will come here again
