Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war hervorragend. Personal war sehr freundlich und immer für ein Gespräch bereit und offen, war sehr klasse. In unserem Flur stand leeres Essgeschirr was ja so nicht schlimm ist. Allerdings wurde es drei Tage nicht abgeholt, zumal ich einen Tag vorher noch mal drauf hingewiesen hatte. Unangenehm war dann das vorbeigehen an dem mittlerweile dann unangenehm Geruch

Friendly staff, room was very nice- spacious, updated, comfortable bedding, a/c worked well. The property in general just looks a little beat up- scratches on elevator doors, cracks in room bathroom tile, wear in lobby furniture, etc. For the price, the property should just be maintained a little better. Overall was nice though. Nice having fridge in the room. Was thrilled the room was comfortable and nice since we stayed after booking last minute due to flight cancellation. Location is great.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and comfy beds. They charge a destination fee and you can spend $17.50 at the restaurant or the pantry. The pantry pastries are not very good and they don’t warm it up for you. And they don’t have any snacks to purchase so if you don’t want to get coffee and mediocre croissants you lose your credit. They should offer more snacks.
