Great location. Property needs some love (Bose sound system that only plays CD's, toilet seat wouldn't stay up (bad counter install), terrible analog TV, misleading 1st photo on website (no wine on the roof unless you rent the penthouse)). But, friendly staff, and you can't beat the location!

The hotel is definitely a bit outdated in terms of decor and amenities, but it was clean. What really makes it worth considering is the location — just a 10-minute walk to the Broadway theaters, which was perfect for catching a show without needing transportation. If you’re not too concerned about modern upgrades and just want a clean place to spend the night in a super convenient area, this is a solid option.

Excellent location for Carnegie Hall . Really enjoyed the area and access to Subway. Property is starting to show its age, but I do recommend it.

Check in was good Lifts and corridors needed updating Room was tired and needs updating. Smoke detector in room was covered with aluminium foil Extremely noisy all night as room is above an air conditioning unit. Awful nights sleep The hotel however is in a great location. Staff were friendly.
