Awesome place and able to accomodate us earlier than the check in time. I just wished they were able to provide the 2 separate beds that I originally booked instead of just 1. Overall, the hotel is clean and staff was friendly.

This was a great hotel for a family. Having 2 bathrooms was so nice!! Staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The hotel is dated but that was not a problem considering all the other positives.

Room was clean and larger than most NYC hotels I’ve been in. The lounge is gorgeous and peaceful to eat and hangout in. Early check in was available and kind staff at reception. Bellman were great and friendly also!

Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for New York City. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was one of the best parts and within easy walking distance of Central Park, Times Square, great shopping, restaurants, and many of NYC’s main attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

The staff that cleaned our room were fantastic! Aaron in the 26 th floor lounge provided excellent service as did Dianne on the front desk at check in . John and Anthony the bell men were very helpful in arranging our car to the airport! Thanks and hopefully see you soon!
