The staff especially Nareen was very helpful and accommodating. Overall a great stay, if I can make a suggestion for improvement, it will be the place's cleanliness and beds ..it needs to be a bit more presentable.
I wouldn’t rate this a 4 star hotel. It’s definitely 3. They charge you $35/night in facilities fee but not sure where the money is going to. There’s no amenities. Also you can hear everything from the hallway. Even when I was showering one night, the man upstairs was yelling (singing) so loud and I heard the whole thing for 15 mins. This was a last minute booking so we weren’t expecting much. Def isn’t my first choice for a stay though. Staff was nice.
Apartment was very good for value, convenient location, and nicely decorated. However, we stayed on the first floor next to the elevator and lobby and my husband got woken up several times because of the guests and cleaners. We tried changing rooms a few times but had difficulty finding and locating the host. The online call center was not very helpful. We were only able to find the host and successful change our room the very last night out of 4 nights there.
The property wasnt horrible but it definitely wasn't the cleanest place. Floors under beds hadn't been swept in a while. Lots of dust on the floors, all around the room, and bathroom. Staff was helpful when they where around. At no point t did the room ever get cleaned during our 6 day stay. We had to keep taking our trash out to a hallway trashcan and emptying it. The advertised laundry is broken and apparently has been for months now according to staff. Place just felt dirty.
Our room and common areas were clean. Really nice terrrace(s) to relax with excellent city skyline view, especially at night. We did have room access issues, as well as all the luggage storage lockers were either full or broken upon early arrival. Very nice building manager on-site to help with issues!
This hotel was a real sad and missed opportunity. The room was very clean and actually very nice. However there was not a cup or glass in the room for a glass of water, this would be a standard amenity in the cheapest motel. Had they put a few plastic wrapped cups and or bottles of water it would have made the experience a whole better. A coffee maker and some coffee or tea for tired travelers would have earned the experience 5 stars instead of 1 or 2. A minor improvement in guest services would make this hotel a whole lots better. The staff were less than helpful and didn’t know where to find a cup or sugar for coffee. I would stay there again because it was clean but that is the only reason that I would return. A missed opportunity for a better customer experience.
didn't like the manager Avinash answer to me when I asked if they had cups as they had run out and told me if I go but them he would reimburse me. other than that they staff was incredible
This was a great, spacious room in a convenient area - close to subway & bus stops. The coded entry worked great and felt very safe. Plus, the rooftop patios offered terrific views of Manhattan.
I wished for a coffee maker and a blow dryer, but found a wonderful bagel shop down the street with friendly service and good coffee that totally made up for those minor inconveniences.
Would definately stay here again!
Check in was an absolute pain. Took 30 min. Then, my room door was open when I got there. I never received the code to get in, even after multiple requests from the customer service phone support. Room had flys and bedsheets had a dirty spot on it. View, however, was amazing
The location has no staff. The hotel sends you your room number and door code prior to arrival. Overall, the property was clean. You can catch a nice view of the city on the 8th floor patio. There’s a lot of common area spaces to enjoy. There’s no parking. There is a parking garage around the corner but you have to leave your keys. The area felt safe. Overall it wasn’t worth the money but they say it’s NY.

Definitely get what you pay for here. Served its purpose for a quick trip to Queens where location convenience was needed. Not having any staff on site was very off putting as several issues came up that there was essentially no customer support for.

This could be an excellent hotel with a bit more attention to detail and upkeep. The design is nice and location is in an okay location, very close to subway lines. The room and hotel in general were a bit neglected. I (and many other guests) had to wait a couple of hours to get access because the codes sent ahead of time did not work, and may have been impacted by a wifi outage (that lasted all night). Fortunately, there was a staff person on site to help with some of these issues although there were no staff there the last time I stayed. Soap in the shower was empty, bed sheets had (blood?) stains, bed was broken, wifi didn't work. Also be advised that they will charge a $35/night "facility access" fee, although there are no facilities (pool, spa, gym) to access. The roof deck was spacious and had a nice view.

Not a great experience. When booking it does not mention there are rarely any staff on site and they aren’t in any kind of uniform. Our room had no towels upon a late night arrival and the only way to contact the staff is through messaging. Didn’t get towels dropped off until after 10am the next morning. Safe needed batteries, never got new ones despite two messages. Huge pile of dirty towels left in our hallway for over 12 hours. Just empty we apologize for the inconvenience nonsense. Views are nice and decent location but if you want any modicum of service or a 24-hour front desk look elsewhere. We certainly will.
The room itself was nice, but unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing. The shower only had one glass door, which caused water to get all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. We had to use towels just to keep the floor dry.
We requested additional towels from the front desk, but they didn’t seem sure about the request. I later called and was told that towels would be delivered to our room, but they never arrived. I waited until the next day and called again. They apologized and said someone would bring both towels and toilet paper, but once again, no one came. Luckily, we happened to see one of the housekeepers and were able to ask her directly.
For a 7-day stay, there also wasn’t enough toilet paper provided, and we eventually had to purchase our own, which I don’t think should be necessary when staying at a hotel.
Our room was on the first floor, and the noise was another issue. We could hear almost everything, and even after 11 PM it was still very loud, making it difficult to relax and sleep.
Overall, the location is convenient, but for the price you’re paying, I don’t think the hotel is worth it. The property itself felt outdated, and the customer service was disappointing, especially considering that we had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities and still didn’t receive them. Unfortunately, this would be my last time staying here.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. A horrendous experience trying to do anything about managing your reservation and zero follow through on service.
I want to start this by saying that the facilities and onsite staff when present were lovely - the problem is the lack of registration desk and terrible online support that made this stay so irritating.
I booked this place for my Dad visiting New York as I had some work going on in my apartment for the first two days of him landing and I wanted to make sure he was comfortable before I hosted him. He was put into a room with no working AC, I was met with very understanding hotel staff who ensured me he would either be moved to an upgraded room the following morning as compensation, or I would receive a 30% discount on my bill.
Neither of those things happened, there was no follow through after this on either of those options, and after emailing support three days ago they are leaving me hanging. This model of no reception desk has clearly not been working for them and it’s a shame because the premises are genuinely very solid. The view on the roof is also exceptional, but this experience has ensured that I will not be booking another ‘receptionless’ hotel again.
There is no staff on site at the property . You have to call a number to talk to someone about the property , you cannot check in early at all . They’re supposed to send you a code and your room number 30 minutes to an hour before you actually can get inside , which I never got so I had to call customer service back . The rooms are small , it’s more so like mini apartments . The tub doesn’t have an actual door or anything just glass on one side so water will get on the floor . The best thing was the balcony - the view I had was ok but you have to step up and down a little high to get on/from the balcony . Then someone tried to get in my room as I was sleeping , not sure if they had the wrong room number or it was some type of overlap ? Wasn’t comfortable … the bed is low , cheap frame . Wouldn’t stay here again .
