Stayed in a family room with 5 and there was plenty of room. The room was clean, amenities was great the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. We absolutely loved our stay would highly recommend abd will definitely be back.
Our weekend stay was amazing in the family room!! Very nice workers and clean rooms. One thing I could recommend is better mopping job. Seemed like our white socks were getting dirty fairly quickly ..
We had a great stay at the TRYP by Wyndham. Good location - walkable with easy access to subway stations. Typical size NYC hotel room - clean with comfy beds. No issues for us at all - would definitely stay here again.
The rooms were clean and staff courteous. The location was great. Everything on our list to do was 20 min away, whether by walking, subway, or uber. The hotel is closed to Penn station so it made it very easy to get to and from JFK. Will stay here again if we ever travel back to NYC.
The front desk staff was helpful, professional, yet friendly.

The rooms/hotel were clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for getting to our travel goals. Front area of building was covered with scaffolding and garbage along sidewalk. Very safe as we were next to the police.
The room was clean, the beds were actually 2 king size beds and were very comfortable, and the pillows were also soft and fluffy. The staff were very nice and we were able to leave our bags there after check out, because our flight didn’t leave until late afternoon.
I had a great stay overall. The room and the general facilities were excellent—highly recommended! The location is perfect, super central, and close to everything. The staff was also very attentive. However, I was disappointed to be charged an additional $57 fee just for booking through Expedia. This has never happened to me at any other hotel before. I chose Expedia specifically for the competitive pricing, so this extra charge felt unfair.

The heat was not working well. Room was cold, they had boiler issues. TV did not work. Exterior in poor condition. Room was clean and a great size. Convenient location.

Hotel Location and convenience to the subway station was amazing!! They store your bags until check in which is a plus too! Rooms need some updating but overall a great stay for a short trip to NYC!
