Room was spacious for a New York hotel. The staff were very helpful and kept cleaned continuously throughout the day. They even offered a hot chocolate bar in the afternoon for free. Definitely would stay here again.

Hotel is clean and modern. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Valet service was top notch. Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel lobby can be busy but you do not get overlooked. If you need assistance someone will step up to help you whether that be security or management. Our room had an excellent view.
