Great hotel I can only recommend it. Stuff is very helpful and very friendly. Rooms are clean and get cleaned daily if requested (door hanger). The location of the hotel is the best because it’s directly on timessquare and everything else can be reached by walking or subway. There is a rooftop bar with great coctails too. We went 4 Nights and we enjoyed it.

The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only wish is that the room had a proper door between the bathroom and the sleeping area. There is a curtain between the sink/shower and the main room. It is very tight quarters.

We really didn’t use amenities besides that they stored our luggge before our room was ready and when we checked out. We appreciated that. I had purchased a glass as a souvenir and it seemed to have either gotten thrown away for some reason so I was slightly irritated about that but it’s only a glass. The staff were very friendly and we appreciated that. Would go back for sure.

The room was spotless clean and comfortable. It was also nice and peaceful. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The bellhop was awesome and welcoming!!
