It's a good hotel, staff friendly and helpful.The only downside is the street, let's say it's not the best in LIC. Otherwise all good, close to multiple subway lines, easy to reach Manhattan and also Queens.

My room was very good, clean, comfortable and great A/C. The continental breakfast was good just to start the day and go for more in the area. No Gym at the hotel, I will suggest to get few machines for the C level. Overall was perfect for my purpose

Stayed over the weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful, not rude like other guest have stated. Didn't attempt breakfast because you're in NY you should be getting food in the city. Room is smaller than most hotels but plenty of room to lay your head. Close to the trains and bus stops to get to the city. Not as loud as other guests have stated, but maybe I'm a heavy sleeper. They do have a deposit, but I received it back before the 3-5 days they stated. Overall good stay.
