Great location, hot water and good water pressure in shower, air conditioning, friendly staff, reasonably priced for location. Rooms are showing a little wear and tear, but comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location to city. Only one tiny, HOT elevator for 14 floors & staff to service entire hotel, so the work conditions for the maintenance staff is very poor & seems unlawful. Nice breakfast room, but way too small for all the hotel guests to use. Most of hotel needs total remodel. Very tiny room, smelled weird. Nice staff though! Good bed & pillows, shower had good hot water & pressure.

This hotel just seemed like it hadn't been updated in years. The door to the bathroom was splintered on the bottom. The furniture looked beat up. I could barely fit in the bathroom by myself (although that's a very NYC hotel thing.) It was just okay for a one-night stay for one person.

Desk staff and other staff were verify friendly and helpful. The location so close to Central Park is excellent! Parking is the usual NYC problem but we found some street parking. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was much better than we expected - good variety that changed every day. Overall a good place to stay in NYC.

Very small rooms. Unreliable housekeeping. All I could say is Steven the night man is the saving grace for our experience. He got our room cleaned, helped secure transportation always very respectful and professional. And the location is very nice. We’ve stayed here before and so we knew about the rooms being small. But there were bug bites from the ?pillow this time. Doubtful if our next stay will be here unfortunately.

The room was small but not the smallest in NYC. The hallways were dirty and in desperate need of new carpet. The foyer, elevator and breakfast room were not air conditioned and felt like a sauna.

I was not accustomed to staying at a hotel like that; the place was dirty, the staff was rude, I had holes in my bathroom door, the rooms were small and cramped and my air conditioner malfunctioned; the room that’s shown on the internet is not an accurate picture of how the place actually looks; the only positive aspect was the location; I will never stay there again; thank you
