Great stay at the Essex House

Great greeting staff, excellent restaurant, clean rooms, great view. Had a small issue and was adressed immediately by the manager, she went above and beyond.

Amazing location and very friendly staff. The hotel and rooms are very clean. However, the bedding felt stiff and not very comfortable. The pull out sofa mattress is not comfortable at all.
