Hotel was very clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was great, easy in and out. Convenient parking. Oh and free breakfast was much more than most that offer free breakfast.would definitely stay again!
Excellent stay at Hyatt Chelsea. Everything was great, but what I loved the most was the beautiful view from my room and the hotel’s perfect location. Would definitely stay here again

Great experience! The employees were absolutely the best—friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made everything easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
The hotel was decent, it was clean and they came everyday to change the sheets and towel. Great location to get on subways and see the city. Breakfast was not good and the elevator broke down a few times.
Service was amazing!! They were so accommodating and helpful! Our flight was cancelled and they were so helpful getting us another room and making sure we didn’t wait.
Room was clean and hotel staff was very helpful.. the only downside were the elevators.. they took forever sometimes. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.
