Our room was clean and comfortable, it was quiet at night and air conditioner struggled but it worked well enough. Staff was kind, professional and helpful. Breakfast was good, furniture around the property is a little care-worn and needs updating and refreshing, but overall was a highly positive spot that was great to come back to after long days of exploring NYC. Great central location as well.

Great location - a short walk from Penn Station and Herald Square, and lots of good restaurants a short walk away. The room was not very large, but larger than I've come to expect for Manhattan. Breakfast was what I'd come to expect from Hampton Inns elsewhere. And very welcome, because breakfast at NYC restaurants can be pricey.
