We had an enjoyable stay here. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite small with little counter space, but the water pressure was excellent. On street parking around the hotel was sometimes available and we felt very safe walking in the area at night. There is also a nearby parking garage with lower rates than onsite parking if you like. We never had time to use any amenities so I cannot comment on those. While I would not describe this as a luxury experience, overall everything was very nice for the price and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Not family friendly. When we reserved the room, and again when checking in, we stated that we had two children. Still, we were placed on the 10th floor below a nightclub / event space. It was so loud our kids were unable to sleep, which means our kids have not slept enough which has negatively impacted our planned day today- the whole reason we stayed at the hotel. If you have children, consider other options. Room was clean, location was a convenient walk from subway. But would not stay again with children.

Staff nice and friendly. Rooftop is pretty and everyone there nice and good service. Rooms were fine. Didn’t realize they have shower stall only so difficult with a young child that usually only takes baths but I didn’t notice in the pictures.

This is a property my spouse and I used to frequent a lot when it was Four Points by Sheraton. It still has the warm reception staff, the on-point chefs for dinner on the rooftop, and for breakfast. The rooms are still nice and we got to laugh and reminisce. This property is just simply wonderful to us!

All the staff was very helpful. Some room outlets (in the desk area) did not work. The cafe was very convenient, and the food was good. I did have to open the windows to air out the room. The location was good - 10 min walk to Queens Plaza for trains.

The pictures are outdated . The rooms have old used furniture and stains on the sofas . Bathroom have been updated and clean. Parking is very limited and the area that the hotel is located in is questionable safety wise if you are left to park on the street. But, what took our breath away was the view on the 7th floor. One of the best views of Manhattan .
