Great location with access to most major attractions in minutes. Staff was nice and attentive , rooms were small but clean and a satisfactory breakfast was provided everyday. There’s not much more you can ask for in price to value in NYC. Access to LGA and JFK is easy as well.

Perfect location from Penn Station. The room was modern, clean, and felt spacious for NYC. City View was beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Darren. They made us feel welcome. The rooftop access was much appreciated after a long day in the city. We'll definitely be back.

The room was somewhat small, but we expected this in Manhattan. Also, the room was very clean. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful! Also, the breakfast was wonderful! Overall, a very nice experience! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again. We would definitely recommend it to others.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The person who checked us in was very sweet after a VERY long day of delays and cancellations. The person who helped us with the subway and how to find where we wanted to go was also very sweet.

I love the location of this hotel…walkable to so much and right in the middle of the flower district. Hotel was clean and quiet and well run. The little afternoon amenities like fresh popcorn and sparkling water was a treat!

Staff was amazing. We stayed during a heat wave and they had flavored waters and bottled water on ice ready and available in the lobby for all guests at no charge which was awesome. I'll def stay again at this wonderful location in the flower district.

We were extremely happy with our stay at the Fairfield Marriott in Chelsea. As NYC rates go it was reasonable. The location is great within easy walking distance to most subway lines and central to east or westside destinations. We loved being in the middle of the flower district and walking past the beautiful plants and activity each morning. Staff were friendly, personable and always helpful. The hotel has a very generous checkout time of noon, thoughtful extras like free bottles of water even sparkling and popcorn in the lobby. Breakfast is included. You can check bags if arriving early or leaving late. The rooms are a little sparse, with those horrible stark white LED lights but otherwise have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Property and room were very clean and well maintained. No frills but seems like this hotel and staff have figured out what makes a NYC visit pleasant, user friendly and ultimately for most people what matters. - Thank you
